Refund & Returns Policy – Isabella Ashcroft 

At Isabella Ashcroft, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Take clear photos showing the issue

  2. Email us at Contact@IsabellaAshcroft.com within 48 hours of delivery

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds include the product price paid and applicable taxes. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary

Non-Refundable Items

We may decline returns in the following situations:

  • Items returned worn, washed, or damaged by misuse

  • Items returned without packaging or proof of purchase

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance


Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions or with discounts are eligible for return unless clearly marked as final sale.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. Only one code may be used per order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return once the item is delivered.


Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please email Contact@IsabellaAshcroft.com, and our team will guide you through the exchange process.
