All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs & Import Fees

Our customers typically do not pay additional import charges. However, if customs fees apply in rare cases, these are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@IsabellaAshcroft.com with photos if applicable.
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
